Noelle Guzman is the SAC Finance Associate and works on the Apparel Impact Institute, Sustainable Apparel Coalition, and Social & Labor Convergence Program. She oversees accounts payables, communications with vendors and contractors regarding invoices, and operational support to staff. Along with the rest of the finance team, she helps with each organization’s budgeting, financial statements, monthly reports, and audits. 

Prior to joining the SAC, Noelle was a program coordinator at the Public Health Institute helping manage the California Bridge Program, an Opioid Crisis Grant funded program that partners with hospitals in California to provide healthcare workers tools and resources for improved care of patients with substance use disorders. Noelle managed the financial operations of the program, including budget forecasting and handling contractual decisions in compliance with fund regulations. Noelle implemented efficient processing systems to support the expansion and sustainability of the program.

Noelle has also held positions at Beyond 12 Education and research at UCSF, both positions pertaining to efforts in improving social issues. Noelle has a B.A. degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
